Good buy. Got some good strategies on starting my day right. I liked the part that basically got rid of the notion that every one has to be a morning person. I'm not, I just have my own schedule and there is nothing wrong with that.

(audible edition) Zoe M. gives a lot of practical advice. What I like most of all she continually points out how to avoid a common improvement failing. My words not hers but she says it well and in a variety of ways do not let the perfect become an enemy of the good, or even the "just a little bit better than before" - it's much better to improve your life just a tiny bit rather than not at all, don't bite off more than you can chew. The narrator was great (even on 1.5x speed).
I've read several books on morning routines and what to do in the morning but many of the books I've read have offered strategies and have told me what to do. I feel this book is different because of chapter one which changes your mindset about your mornings and actually, your life. I think once you figure out why you're here in the world, your morning practice becomes very natural. All of a sudden, I realized it's not what to do in the morning but why you do it. I think the mindset shift is what this book is about for me. After that, she offers many advice, tips, research and even stories to guide the reader but nothing is as powerful as helping you figure out what your underlying motivations and "why's" are.
